Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Cash, Card and PayPal as payment; however, the preferred payment method may vary with each cleaner. Please pay the full amount within 24 hours of the completed clean. A late fee of up to £50 may be applied, if the payment has not been received within this time frame. If you require an invoice, please get in touch.
Do You Charge By the Hour?
Our aim is to ensure our members of staff earn a fair living wage that reflects their commitment to the service they provide to our customers. We charge £20 per hour to be paid directly to your cleaner and a £5 admin charge to cover the insurance for each of our team members.
What can I expect?
For accurate quotes an initial home visit may be arranged. You'll be able to get to know our member of staff and show them the required work in your home. Every home is different, and every homeowner has different cleaning needs. It is up to your discretion if you'd like to be in the home during the clean or provide your cleaner with a key. All our members of staff are DBS checked and insured.
