My name is Vanessa Asbach
I started VCS in 2017 after having my son and finding myself unable to work within my previous work schedule. It simply no longer fit in with my family's needs. I decided to take matters into my own hands and registered as self-employed. I started with only 2 clients per week and slowly started to grow my business over time. When COVID-19 hit, VCS came to a standstill. Due to the restrictions, I was unable to work, but I wasn't going to let that stop me. I started working for a local school, putting my business on pause until the lockdowns had ended. Mid 2022 I decided it was time to return to my business full time and am now growing and expanding my business. What I love most about my work is knowing I have made someone's life a little easier by having cleaned their home before their return. It makes me smile every time.

What do we offer and what do we charge?
Sparkle Clean
Our sparkle clean covers your basic cleaning needs. Perfect for households who'd like a helping hand for the week ahead. Our cleaners may use your cleaning equipment such as the hoover, mop and cleaning products. Ironing services available.
Cost: £20 per hour
Shimmer and Shine
Our Shimmer and shine clean is designed for end of tenancy and deep cleans. Built in appliances will be cleaned inside and out if required and an indoor window clean is included. Cost: £20 per hour + Deposit required
Ironing
We offer an inhouse ironing service along with a collection and drop off service. This service can be included in your sparkle clean service or booked separately.
Cost: £2 per item
Collection and drop off fee: £2.50
Admin fee
Unlike other companies we don't hide our admin fee. If you choose our service, you will be required to pay a £5 admin fee per clean (£40 for shimmer and shine cleans). Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
